So glad all of this didn’t happen. it does, however, make some sense as to why the 40th St Bridge, the Bloomfield Bridge, and the Birmingham Bridge are so completely overbuilt as they could have been connected by a highway. Also looks like they wanted Baum.
It also looks like there’s a highway through Schenley and Frick Parks. Great idea guys.
